Our Action Group

Welcome to the Facedown Records / More Than Sound action group page. Our goal is to create a community of music fans and bands that will work together to meet the needs of people through Know Think Act.

Each month we will be picking a different need(s) and working to raise the money to meet that specific need. We believe that there is strength in numbers and through God's grace we can accomplish more together than on our own.

Would you consider joining us to raise money and awareness? You can donate directly to the needs right here (see featured needs below) and you can also sign up to be an Ally here at Know Think Act which will enable you to spread the word easier.

Thank you for helping us be More Than Sound!

Other Orthopedic Shoes & Walking Appliances

Because of leprosy, many in this community are in need of orthopedic shoes and walking appliances. The special boots are tailor-made with special leather and other soft materials to enable those with recurrent leprosy wounds to walk comfortably. Most of the time they walk with open sandals or bare feet, exposing their wounds to more infection and injuries.

Jason, I am in the US until April. Our coworker Moses is running the show in Uganda until I get back. As soon as I receive photos for the pineapple plants and matooke plants from him I will send them to you. I should have them this week. Thanks again for all that you guys are doing.
